From first call to a working assistant.

We install it, connect it to your email, calendar and messaging, and show you how to approve what it drafts. You own the install and the computer it runs on.

Five steps, in order.

Most installs take a day or less. Teams of six or more take two days. Everything before it happens by call and message, so install day is configuration, not guesswork.

  1. Book a call

Tell us your team size and the tasks that eat your day. We confirm which option fits before you pay for anything.

  2. Answer a short intake

You list your top workflows in your own words, the people who will use it, and anything it must never touch. We configure from your answers.

  3. Install day

We connect email, calendar and messaging, set up your workflows, and test the approval flow on your real accounts. On Desk and Private we do this on the Mac mini before it ships, so it arrives running.

  4. Handoff

We sit with you, in person in Greater Boston or on a video call elsewhere. You approve the first drafts and learn to ask for things in plain language.

  5. Care Plan

We keep it current: updates, fixes and tuning. The first six months are required, then month-to-month.

What it does every day.

It works through the list overnight and in the morning. You see what is waiting, and you make the calls.

  • Sorts the inbox

Reads what came in and flags the few messages that need you today.

  • Drafts replies in your voice

Drafts wait for you. Nothing sends without your OK.

  • Keeps track of open threads

Reminds you who has not replied, and nudges them when you say so.

  • Handles recurring paperwork

Engagement letters, follow-up nudges and other tasks you repeat each week.

Where your data goes.

It depends on the option, so here is each one plainly. Private is the only fully local option.

Setup and DeskIQ Desk. The assistant and your files live on your computer. We do not see your client emails.
DeskIQ Private. The model runs in your office. Email and calendar still sync with your existing provider, and the Mac mini needs a network connection for updates and remote support.

Every option: you own the install and the computer it runs on, and nothing sends without your approval. Screens show example values.

Tell us what your day looks like.

A short call is enough. We confirm which option fits and when we can install it.
