Most AI consultants hand you a plan. DeskIQ learns how your business runs, then installs an AI assistant on your own computer and keeps it running. Our prices are on this page, so you know the cost before you contact us.

    We agree which tasks it handles and which stay with you. Nothing sends until you approve it.

    On the Mac you already own, in one day for a single user and longer for a team. Or a Mac mini arrives already built and configured.

  4. We tune it

    Over the first weeks, we adjust how it writes until the drafts read like you.

  5. We keep it running

    The Care Plan covers updates, fixes, and changes, from the engineer who installed it.

The Care Plan is $149 a month for the first user and $99 for each additional user. The first six months are required, then it is month-to-month. On Setup and Desk, you also pay your AI model provider directly, usually $5 to $20 per user a month. Care Plan terms

Consultant or installer?

Both, for one job. DeskIQ does not write an AI strategy for your whole company, and it does not build custom software. We set up one AI assistant well, and we stay accountable for it. It sorts your inbox, drafts your replies, and chases the follow-ups you forget.

We are based in Andover, Massachusetts, and install in person across Greater Boston. Businesses elsewhere in the United States get the same process remotely.

How much does an AI consultant cost for a small business?
DeskIQ setup is $449 per user for 1 to 4 users, $379 per user for 5 to 9, and $299 per user for 10 or more. A pre-loaded Mac mini is $1,499, or $2,499 with the AI model running on the box. The Care Plan is $149 a month for the first user and $99 for each additional user, with a six-month minimum.
Can I set up ChatGPT myself instead?
Yes, and for drafting the odd email that is often enough. DeskIQ fits when you want an assistant that works inside your own inbox and calendar every day, remembers your clients, and is maintained by someone accountable when it breaks.
Do you write an AI strategy for my whole business?
No. DeskIQ does not write AI roadmaps or build custom software. We set up one thing well: an AI assistant for your inbox, follow-ups, and admin work, with you approving every send.
Where does my data go?
The assistant runs on your computer, and your files stay there. On DeskIQ Setup and DeskIQ Desk, a cloud AI provider receives what each task needs, such as one drafting request. On DeskIQ Private, the AI model runs on the Mac mini in your office, so no cloud AI provider sees your work. Your email and calendar still sync with your mail provider as they do today.
Do you work with businesses outside Massachusetts?
Yes. We are based in Andover, Massachusetts, and install in person across Greater Boston. Everywhere else in the United States, we run the same process remotely.
