Yes. That is the point of DeskIQ. We set up a private AI assistant for your business on your own hardware, connected to your email, calendar, and messaging tools.

For most small business use cases, you do not need a high-end AI workstation. A modern Mac or PC is usually enough for reminders, summaries, meeting prep, follow-ups, and routine admin work. For larger team setups, we can also configure a dedicated server option.

DeskIQ starts at $499 for setup, plus a $99/month Care Plan that covers model updates, bug fixes, and async support. You also pay Anthropic directly for model usage — typically $5–20/month depending on how much you use it. Care Plan is required for the first 6 months, then month-to-month or opt-out.

Privacy depends on how the system is configured. DeskIQ is built around a local-first setup, so your business data stays on your own machine instead of being routed through another company's cloud platform.
