DeskIQ runs on your computer, so your mailbox and files stay in your office. We never see them. Your AI model provider gets what a task needs, such as one drafting request or a document you hand the assistant, and never your full mailbox. How much does it cost?
Setup costs $449 per user, one time. Setup pricing goes down at 5 and 10 users. The Care Plan costs $149 per month for the first user and $99 per month for each additional user, at every tier. The first six months of Care Plan are required. After that, it is month-to-month. You also pay your AI model provider directly for usage. This runs about $5 to $20 per user per month.
What does the assistant actually do?
It reads your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, reminds you about open threads, and handles recurring tasks like sending engagement letters or follow-up nudges. Nothing sends without your approval.
Where does my client data go?
Stays on your Mac. The assistant runs locally. We don't see your client emails. Your AI model provider receives only what the assistant sends to do its work, such as a drafting request or your scheduled morning brief. It never receives your full mailbox or client files.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We come install, configure, and tune it for your practice. You learn how to approve drafts and ask for things in plain language. That's all the technical knowledge required.
What if it doesn't work out?
The Care Plan covers fixes and tuning during the first six months. If it's still not working after that, you can cancel the Care Plan and keep the install, or we'll uninstall it cleanly.
