We configure it before it ships.

Most AI setups ask you to buy hardware, install software, and wire up accounts yourself. DeskIQ Desk skips that. We build your assistant on the box first, test it against your real accounts, and only then send it out. The work you'd normally do during setup already happened.

  1. We build it

    You tell us your workflows on a reply. We configure the assistant, connect your accounts, and test the approval flow on the actual Mac mini you'll receive.

  2. It arrives

    We ship the Mac mini to you, or deliver it in person if you're in Greater Boston. Either way, the assistant is already running when it arrives.

  3. You sign in

    Plug it in, sign in to your accounts, and start using it. We walk you through approvals and requests on a short handoff call.

DeskIQ Desk runs the Hermes AI assistant, an open-source agent built by Nous Research, using cloud AI models for drafting and reasoning.

Apple warrants the hardware (AppleCare+ available at cost). DeskIQ warrants the install and configuration. Larger-model configs (M4 Pro, 48GB) available by quote.

Common questions.

Do I need to already own a Mac?
No. DeskIQ Desk ships with its own Mac mini. You don't need any existing hardware to get started.
Is the AI model included in the price?
The Mac mini and the assistant setup are included. Cloud AI model usage is billed to your own account, which we configure to run near $5 to $20 a month depending on use.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Extra users on the same box are set up at standard per-user setup rates: $449 for Solo-tier volume, less at Team and Firm volume.
What if I want the model to run locally instead of in the cloud?
That's DeskIQ Private, our on-premise option. The model runs on the box itself, so client data never reaches a cloud AI provider.
