What's Included

Model & platform updates. When Anthropic releases a new Claude version or OpenClaw ships an update, we update your config, test it, and push the change. You don't have to think about it.

Bug fixes & integration repairs. If a workflow stops firing, an API key expires, or a channel disconnects, we fix it within 48 business hours.

Async support. Questions via Telegram or email. Up to 1 hour per account per month included.

Model cost optimization. We configure Haiku for routine tasks (cron jobs, summaries, reminders) and Sonnet for complex work (drafting, research). This keeps your Anthropic bill low — typically $5–20/month.

Tailscale remote access. Included and required. Allows us to push updates and debug quickly without scheduling a screen share.

• New integrations or agents beyond your original install scope
• Custom workflow development (billed at $149/workflow)
• Additional AI agents beyond your plan (billed at $299/agent)
• Staff training sessions after the initial handoff
• Hardware procurement or repair
• Support beyond 1 hr/month (billed at $120/hr — you'll always be asked before any overage)

Support SLA

Your Anthropic Bill

DeskIQ does not bill you for model usage. You pay Anthropic directly from your own account, which we set up during installation. Typical usage runs $5–20/month. We configure your setup to minimize this by routing simple tasks to Claude Haiku and reserving Sonnet for heavier work.

Commitment & Cancellation

• Care Plan is required for the first 6 months after installation.
• After 6 months, the plan continues month-to-month automatically.
• To cancel, send written notice to jonathan@pixelcove.co with 30 days notice. No partial-month refunds.
• If you cancel, your OpenClaw installation and all configuration files remain yours. No further support or updates will be provided.
• DeskIQ is a managed service built for busy professionals. If you're comfortable maintaining your setup independently, we're happy to part ways after your commitment period.

Data & Remote Access

• DeskIQ accesses your system only via Tailscale during active support sessions.
• We do not retain persistent access between sessions.
• Remote access is logged and available upon request.
• You can revoke Tailscale access at any time by removing DeskIQ from your Tailscale network.
• DeskIQ is not liable for Anthropic API downtime, model behavior changes, or data loss caused by third-party services.
